Sweet orange essential oil is calming and immune-boosting, having been used in aromatherapy for hundreds of years. It is well known for having anti-anxiety and antidepressant qualities, so is often used to assist people in falling asleep.

Sweet Orange organic essential oil has a sweet, citrusy smell that resembles the orange peel it is made from, but this fragrance is more concentrated.
