Shipping policy

New Pastures Home Ltd use Royal Mail Tracked services for all parcels.

Standard shipping is sent via Tracked 48, with an expected delivery time of 3-5 days.

Express shipping is sent via Tracked 24, with an expected delivery time of 2-3 days.

When 'Express' is selected and orders are placed before 11:00am, Monday to Friday, parcels are normally shipped the same day. However this cannot be guaranteed as we rely on Royal Mail collection schedules that can vary.
