Additional Information:

• Once you have purchased your package we will contact you to arrange a date and time for your consultation. 
• Consultations take place at New Pastures Home in our private Candle Making Workroom on Commercial Street, Newport, NP20 1LP.
• Personalisation includes the same custom label across all classic candles. Alternative label can be created for all Deluxe candles within your package. 
• Same scent combination will be used across all products.
• After the test burn, ratios of scents can be altered before production.
• No changes to the candles can be made after production. 
• Your products can be collected or delivered to your chosen location (within the UK)
• Once made and delivered keep your candles and products stored out of sunlight. 
• Production turnaround can be decided during your consultation. A minimum of 28 days is needed to turnaround your products. 
• Any changes to personalisation after agreement of final proof will incur an additional admin fee.
