Frequently Asked Questions

Once you have purchased your package we will contact you to arrange a date and time for your consultation. 

Consultations take place at New Pastures Home in our private Candle Making Workroom on Commercial Street, Newport, NP20 1LP.

Choose what you want on your label! E.g. your names, date of wedding, venue or anything you want! This label will be used across all of you classic candles. Alternative label can be created for the Deluxe candles within your package. Your room spray and reed diffuser will also have a custom label of your choice.  

You will sample over 80 fragrances within our Candle Making Workroom and you will be able to blend up to 4 fragrances together e.g. Rose, Lavender, Musk & Oud. Your same scent combination will be used across all products.

Each package includes a candle you can take home to test burn (Ruby and Diamond offers 2-3 candles to sample). After the test burn, ratios of scents can be altered before production. No changes to the candles can be made after production. 

Your products can be collected from our store or delivered to your chosen location (within the UK).

Production turnaround can be decided during your consultation. A minimum of 28 days is needed to turnaround your products. We would ideally like you to receive your candles 1 month before your big day. 

Your label can include whatever you want! This may be a saying that is close to your heart, or the date and location of your wedding. We will discuss your needs during your consultation. Labels can be printed onto clear or white gloss. 

Your label will be used across all of the classic sized (180g) candles. You can alter your label for your deluxe (450g) candles.

Any changes to personalisation after agreement of final proof will incur an additional admin fee.

Pearl Package - Up to 2 people. 

Ruby Package - Up to 4 people 

Diamond Package - Up to 8 people.
